A unique opportunity has arisen for an office-based Optical Assistant to join an online sports performance eyewear retailer based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

Optical Assistant – Role

• Supporting the full dispensing process via email and telephone communication utilising the latest technology available
• Liaising with labs and suppliers to place orders and resolve issues
• Supporting with product range selection and pricing
• Assisting in lab with the glazing, fitting and checking of lenses
• Support of a specialist team
• Full time & part time can be considered with flexible hours too
• No weekend working

Optical Assistant – Requirements

• Experience working as an Optical Assistant
• Excellent communication skills: clear verbal and written communication with active listening skills
• An interest in sports vision products

Optical Assistant – Salary

• Up to £27,000
