We are looking for an experienced and motivated general dentist to join this thriving four-chair dental practice in Westport. With a well-established patient base, modern equipment, and a collaborative team, this is an excellent long-term opportunity for a dentist seeking a rewarding position in a picturesque coastal community.
About the Practice and the Role:
Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm – no weekends required.
Four-chair general practice with a strong and steady flow of patients.
Remuneration is 45% commission.
The team includes experienced dentists, a hygienist, lab technician, dental assistants and a dedicated practice manager.
The clinic is housed in a recently built facility with modern technology and equipment.
Long-term stability and supportive working environment with strong emphasis on collaboration and professional development.

Open to candidates with all levels of experience – new graduates will be considered.
Confident across all aspects of general dentistry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
