We are seeking an experienced and passionate associate dentist to join this modern, high-tech dental practice and deliver exceptional care to the clinic’s valued patients in Napier.
About the Practice and the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent role in a modern 4-chair practice with a supportive and experienced team of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants.
The clinic offers a full range of general dental services, including crown and bridge, veneers, implants, dentures, whitening, extractions, endodontics, and Invisalign.
You will have access to advanced equipment, including CBCT, CEREC, and an on-site lab.
Long-term opportunities for partnership are available for the right candidate, making it an ideal opportunity for someone interested in long-term growth.
Mentoring is available from senior clinicians, especially for less experienced dentists, to help you build your skills and confidence.
Remuneration is up to 40% commission (less lab fees) based on performance, plus a fully paid subscription to the Seattle Study Club Membership and financial support for study programs, including Kois, Pankey, or Dawson.
We are committed to helping you grow professionally, with opportunities to develop skills in complex restorative work, implants, and oral surgery.
About You:
Ideally, you will have 2+ years of clinical experience, but we will also consider new graduates or dentists with less experience.
Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, with the ability to perform a range of treatments competently.
A keen interest in restorative, implant, and surgical work will be highly valued, and you will thrive in this role.
You are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.
You will be confident in planning and discussing treatment options with patients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to building good relationships with patients and the wider team.
